STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — More than six years ago, Kevin Lawrie opened a premiere co-working space called LaunchPads in St. George. Back then, the concept wasn’t too popular on Staten Island.
But, in time, the idea of shared office space — especially for businesses with fewer than five employees — caught on in the borough.
That’s when Launchpads got so popular, Lawrie needed a bigger space.
He recently moved into Minthorne Street, in the 5,000-square-foot open, airy, modern space formerly occupied by Goalmine gym. His new venture is dubbed “Enrichmint.”
